What is the return policy?
Eligible ready-made dolls may be returned within 14 days of delivery when unused and in original condition; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Custom dolls are final sale because they are made from your photo. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.
