READY-MADE DOLLS
Ready-made dolls may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, please contact us at vxlorn@vxlorn.com and wait for confirmation.
Do not send your order back before your return has been approved.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or another customer-related reason, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
CUSTOM DOLLS
Custom dolls are made specifically from your submitted reference photo.
For this reason, custom dolls are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate next steps.
