Custom dolls require an additional 5–7 days to make before they are shipped.

Yes. VXLORN ships internationally to supported destinations.
Shipping availability and rates are calculated based on your country or region at checkout.
When is free shipping available?
Orders of US$29 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders under US$29, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination at checkout.
How do I choose a doll style?
Open the member or group you want and select your preferred STYLE before adding the doll to your cart.
Each numbered STYLE represents a different doll design.
How do I order a custom doll?
Choose your preferred size, upload one clear reference photo, and add any optional customization notes.
Custom dolls require approximately 5–7 days to make before shipping.
I don’t see my favorite group. What should I do?
Tell us which group you want next.
You can contact us by email, Instagram, or TikTok. Requests help us decide which groups to add next.
What is your return policy?
Ready-made dolls may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Please email us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by VXLORN first.
Custom dolls are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
